...do I know how to grow a cucumber or what? This is the first year we've attempted to grow anything, and while we had bigger plans for our vegetable garden than actually transpired, this little hot pepper and huge honkin' cucumber were the firstfruits from this year's modest harvest. We've also had some zucchini, heirloom tomatoes, and green peppers. Next year we'll try more, but when planting season coincides with the exhausting first trimester of pregnancy, well..you know how it is.
