In honor of Lisa's golden birthday (29 on the 29th...sorry, kind of gave away the farm there, Lis), Renee and I put together a huge picnic in her honor and we all enjoyed what turned out to be a very windy feast outside. Despite the deviled eggs being promptly blown over onto the grass, a good time was had by all. We even squeezed in a mini photo shoot after lunch, reminiscent of the old Olan Mills best friend shots Lisa and I used to have taken. Ah, the days of matching rugby shirts...
Even Miss Birthday Vegetarian herself sampled the fried chicken. =)
